Volleyball Workouts...

So as you know I'm part of a wicked-good volleyball team called the Mustangs
But as you can tell, I'm not really one to, like working out. So when my coach sent me this...



Mustangs,
I have included a basic workout to help prepare you for next season. Your goal should be to do this 3 days per week. It should take approximately 45 minutes each day. Please do it in the order listed. If you are right handed, make sure that the last 2 steps of your approach jump are right/left.


3 sets of 20 approach jumps
3 sets of 20 bicycle crunches
3 sets of 10 pushups
3 sets of short back and forth sprints (6 X 60 ft)
3 sets of 20 throws (rocks, apples, tennis balls, etc.)
3 2-minute sessions of jump rope
3 30-second planks
 
Go 1 set all the way through the list and then start back at the top for set 2 and then set 3.
